Terms of service

“We”, “us” and “3abayad” mean A.H.2 S.A.R.L (Commercial Register Beirut No. 1033763, Ministry of Finance No. 4053868), which operates 3abayad.com. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can; colours on your screen may differ slightly. We may change or stop selling a product, and limit quantities (online orders take up to 12 bottles).

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders on WhatsApp and may decline or cancel one, for example if we can’t deliver to the address; if we do, we tell you and refund anything you paid. You confirm the details you give us are correct and that the order is for your own use, not resale.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you order: $12 for one bottle, $10 each for 2 or more, plus a flat $4 delivery per order. The total on your order confirmation is the one that applies. Pay in cash on delivery, or by Whish transfer to 70 072 344 quoting your order number. Prices may change for future orders.

4. Delivery

See the delivery policy. We agree the delivery time with you on WhatsApp; it can move with roads, weather and power cuts. Once delivered, keep the bottles refrigerated.

5. Returns and refunds

See the refund policy.

6. Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don’t misuse it: no false orders, spam, attempts to break its security, or scraping. The site’s content, brand and design belong to 3abayad and may not be copied without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Lebanese consumer law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version here with its date applies to new orders. Questions: WhatsApp +961 70 072 344 or hello@3abayad.com.
