Delivery policy

Where we deliver

Cold-chain delivery across Beirut and Mount Lebanon: Matn, Kesrouan, Baabda, Aley, Chouf and Jbeil, in Lebanon only. If you’re not sure we reach you, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

What it costs

Delivery is a flat $4 per order, whatever you order. Online orders take up to 12 bottles; for more, message us on WhatsApp.

When

After you order, we message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and agree on the delivery time. Roads, weather and power cuts can delay us, and we’ll tell you if they do.

Payment

Pay the driver in cash on delivery, or send a Whish-to-Whish transfer to 70 072 344 with your order number as the reference. Whish orders go out once the transfer arrives.

At the door

Please put the bottles in the fridge straight away (below 4°C), and use an opened bottle within 7 days of opening.

Changes

To change the delivery time or the address, message us on WhatsApp with your order number as early as you can. Damaged or wrong item? See the refund policy.
