Privacy policy

Last updated 6 October 2026

3abayad (A.H.2 S.A.R.L (Commercial Register Beirut No. 1033763, Ministry of Finance No. 4053868)) operates 3abayad.com and sells liquid egg whites in Lebanon. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, place an order, send a form or message us on WhatsApp, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number (WhatsApp) and, if you give it, your email.
  • Delivery details: your area, address, Google Maps link or pin, and notes for the driver.
  • Order details: what you ordered, when we delivered it, how you paid, and your order history with us.
  • Business enquiries: the details you send through the wholesale form.
  • Website use: device and browser, pages viewed, and where you came from (for example an ad or a campaign link).
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or on social media.

We don’t take card payments on this site, so we never see or store card details.

Why we use it

  • To take, confirm, deliver and invoice your orders, and to answer you.
  • To plan deliveries and keep our accounts.
  • To keep the site safe: spam and fraud checks, including Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms.
  • To understand how the site is used and how our ads perform, and to improve both.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is our main channel. If you order or message us, we use your number to confirm orders, arrange delivery and answer questions. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Who we share it with

  • Our delivery staff, to deliver your order.
  • Service providers that run the site for us: hosting and security (Cloudflare) and our database host.
  • Google Analytics (Google): the pages you visit and the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link (for example from an ad), your device and browser, and the steps you take in the shop: viewing the egg whites, adding to the cart, starting the checkout, tapping a WhatsApp button (which one, not what you write) and placing an order (its number, value and bottles). Never your name, phone number, address or anything you type into a form, and never your order link.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel: the same pages and shopping steps, except the order confirmation page, which Meta never sees from your browser.
  • When we measure our ads with Meta’s Conversions API, our server also tells Meta about each website order: its number, value and bottles, a scrambled (hashed) version of your phone number (never the number itself), your IP address and browser details, and Meta’s own cookie IDs, so Meta can match the order to an ad. Never your name or address.
  • Our accountants and advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

Like any website service, Google and Meta see your IP address and browser details when your browser loads their tools. We don’t sell your personal information.

Cookies

The site keeps your cart in your browser’s storage, and for 7 days where you came from: the campaign tags of the link, the name of the site that sent you and the first page you opened, which we save with your order. If you tick “Remember my details on this phone” at checkout, your name, phone, area, address, location link and payment choice are saved in that browser only (never on our servers for this purpose), to fill in your next order; untick it to delete them. While an order is being placed, a cookie holds that checkout’s random reference for up to an hour, so a reload can’t place it twice. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies to measure visits and ads. They load after you interact with the page or after a few seconds, and never if your browser sends Global Privacy Control; with that signal on, our server doesn’t report your order to Meta either. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your orders, support, our accounts and legal obligations. Invoices, credit notes and statements we’ve issued, and the payments recorded against them, are part of our accounts: the law requires us to keep them as issued, with the name and address printed on them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, to stop non-essential messages, or to have your information deleted, on WhatsApp (+961 70 072 344) or at hello@3abayad.com. When you ask us to delete it, we remove your contact and delivery details from our customer list and enquiries. Your past orders and what the law requires us to keep (issued invoices and the payments on them, our accounts) stay, and we use them for nothing else.

Children

Our site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the new version appears here with its date.
