3abayad makes one thing: pure liquid egg whites, pasteurized and bottled in glass, so the protein people want is one pour away.
Why a bottle of whites
Separating eggs is slow, messy and wasteful. If you cook with egg whites every day, for training, for meal prep, or because your recipe calls for them, a bottle makes it simple: shake, pour what you need, put it back in the fridge.
Every bottle is 100% egg whites, gently pasteurized so it’s safe raw, in a 1L glass bottle. That’s about 30 egg whites and 110g of protein (11g per 100g).
Nothing goes to waste
Every egg we crack gets used. The whites go into your bottle; the yolks go to our sister brand, Jood, and become fresh egg pasta. One egg, two brands.

Who we are
3abayad is a trade name of A.H.2 S.A.R.L, a Lebanese company based in Beirut (Commercial Register 1033763, Fiscal ID 4053868). We sell direct with delivery across Beirut and Mount Lebanon, on Toters Fresh, in supermarkets, and to cafés, gyms and kitchens.
