At 3abayad, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and quality-checking each item before it is shipped. However, if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@3abayad.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your case and respond with the appropriate next steps.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As a policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color selected
  • Custom orders or personalized itemsSale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or hygienic items

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt. However, due to the nature of our products and business model, we do not accept returns even under this regulation. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to waive the 14-day cooling-off period as permitted for certain goods and services.
