Do I need to refrigerate it?
Yes. Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Consume within 5–7 days after opening.

What about the yolks?

Can I freeze it?
We don’t recommend it. Freezing may affect texture and quality, especially for raw use. If needed (for example to extend the shelf life), transfer to a freezer-safe container (not glass) and thaw in the fridge before cooking.

Why do I see a red speck in the egg whites?
It’s normal. These are natural spots occasionally found in eggs and are simply more visible in liquid form. They’re harmless and cannot be removed, as they are embedded within the egg white’s structure.
